Romair Consulting the author of the largest project financed by the European Union, an environmental project

The non-reimbursable financing contract from POIM was signed Friday, November 9, 2018, and it is the only project to prevent and combat coastal
erosion in Romania during the programming period 2014 - 2020. With a total value of measures and investments of about 1 billion euros, which
represents 85% of the European Union's non-reimbursable financing, the project is the largest investment project prepared and approved in Romania
during the current programming period.

The main objective of the project is to reduce coastal erosion by strengthening and enhancing over 30 km of the Romanian seashore from Edighiol to
Vama Veche, respectively the consolidation and commissioning of two large complex hydrotechnical structures of high importance for the environment
and the extension and the safety of beaches.

Briefly,
through the implementation of the project, we are increasing Romania territory with more than 300 hectares and we provide the protection of
over 100,000 inhabitants and about 1500 buildings on the Black Sea coast, protect the environment, increase the conservative value of protected species
and biodiversity in the project area.

The implementation of the project is carried out by the Beneficiary of the National Administration "Apele Romane", through the Administratia Bazinala
de Apa Dobrogea-Litoral, between 2018 and 2023.
